As one file
Section titled “As one file”An app bundle is a JSON file with the app’s id and its files:
{ "id": "times-tables", "files": { "app.yaml": "name: Times Tables\n...", "SKILL.md": "# Times Tables\n..." }}Put it anywhere with an https:// link. Other parents add it with openbuddies apps add <link> or under

In a catalogue
Section titled “In a catalogue”A catalogue is an index.json that lists bundles. Each one carries the SHA-256 fingerprint of its bundle file, so a
download that’s been changed is refused:
{ "name": "Mrs Smith's class apps", "apps": [ { "id": "times-tables", "name": "Times Tables", "description": "Quick-fire times tables.", "author": "Mrs Smith", "version": "1.0.0", "bundle": "times-tables.json", "sha256": "…" } ]}Bundle links are relative to the catalogue. Parents add the catalogue’s link under Apps → Catalogues.
See the app format reference for every field.
